Accessing swan software stack from lxplus

I know someone have asked about offering better IDE like VSCode on the web as a complement to SWAN. But my question is there a way to just specify one of SWAN software stacks like python2 or cuda as kernel or a jupyter server to a notebook running in lxplus ?

Hello,

We are working on a new feature to create custom environments – e.g. with conda. Is this what you are asking for?

Hi thanks for the reply,
No i’m asking if one of the already existing environments can be used outside the web browser in lxplus while using vscode for instance or something like that if that make any sense.

thank you

Yes, LCG releases can be used from lxplus, you can check their path in SWAN (variable LCG_VIEW), then source their setup.sh.
