For some reason today I cannot access files on /eos/atlas/ from SWAN, for example:
I did check that I have access to it via lxplus. It was fine last week but now it isn’t. Does anyone knows why and how to fix this?
Can you check if you landed on swan007/swan-k8s ? That’s a new machine we introduce to test a new infrastructure we are deploying SWAN on.
If that’s the case, please go directly to swan001…006 and try there.
I was using swan-k8s. I switched to swan005 and now it works! so it does something to do with the machine. Thanks for the pointer!

We’ve just put that machine into maintenance, we’ll fix the issue and bring it back, sorry for the inconvenience!
