Cannot access SWAN Jupyter notebooks

Dear SWAN team,

I can access SWAN (https://swan.cern.ch), but I am unable to open my Jupyter SWAN sessions/workspace (https://swan-k8s.cern.ch). My analysis notebooks are stored there, and I currently cannot connect to them.

Could you please advise why the Jupyter SWAN service is not accessible and how I can recover my sessions or workspace?
