I need to share my SWAN nb to several cern users (order of ~50). I see I can share specifying their cern user names, but it’s a little bit tedious to do so for ~50 names. Is there a way to give general access to all cern users?

Hello,
One option would be to share your project with an e-group, but that feature is not implemented yet unfortunately.
What you can do is upload your notebooks to a github repository and create an “Open in SWAN” badge like the one you can see here:
Users will be able to open your notebooks in SWAN by just clicking on that link. A project in their CERNBox will be created to contain the notebooks.
