the swan community forum is a place where you can share your experience, issues and doubts with other colleagues using SWAN. Sometimes, the developers look at the new posts to see if there are any discussions that are interesting for the evolution of the project or feedback for any feature.

However, if you have an issue with the service that needs to be picked up in a timely manner, support tickets have to go through ServiceNow, where they are picked up by the person in support on that day.

In order to speed up the resolution of the ticket, please include any screenshot you believe is relevant and stacktraces you see.
