I am starting to use SWAN for R, just doing a simple example.
Could you help me to understand what it is not working?
I am trying to install three libraries and then load one rda file that I have in the same directory.

Appear to be that the problem is not R, the problem is an issue related to the storage in the node swan003,
please try to start a session in a different SWAN node, like swan004.cern.ch or swan005.cern.ch
We are working to solve the problem in the node.
@dalvesde can you please help me with this?
